Customers have a period of 14 days from the date of product acquisition to initiate a refund request. For items bought but not yet dispatched, a cancellation/restocking charge of 10% is applicable if more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase. For items that have been dispatched or delivered, a 30% restocking fee is applicable for returns made within 14 days of receipt. No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period.
